Construction Production Coordinator / Budget Specialist for Transportation Projects

We are looking for an employee for the position of construction production coordinator / budget specialist for transportation projects in our team. Place of work: Klatovy and Domažlice districts, Plzeň Region. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: complete project preparation, from supplier inquiries through evaluation of price quotes to finalization of work contracts, project economics management, budget creation in Buildpowers/KROS software, cost tracking, change orders, organization and planning, work schedule compilation, communication with site engineers, designers, investors, and authorities REQUIREMENTS: • Class B driver's license • Attention to detail and independence • Interest and drive to work, entrepreneurial spirit • Knowledge of KROS or BuildpowerS • Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency, ChatGPT • Ability to read technical drawings • Secondary technical education preferred • Previous experience in the field preferred WE OFFER Opportunity for further education, company notebook and unlimited phone plan, stable foundation of a local company, pension contribution, meal vouchers, performance bonuses, and possible accommodation provision (own housing fund).
