Senior Planner

The result of your work will be (in cooperation with the construction manager and your team) the timely completion of a construction project. All our construction sites are located in Prague.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation, processing, and creation of orders and work contracts based on materials from the designer
- Subcontractor inquiries and communication with them
- Optimization of construction projects and finding suitable solutions for implementation
- Evaluation of tender procedures
- Active creation and management of a subcontractor database
- Communication with construction managers and designers
What will be useful for you in this position:
- Experience in the field of civil construction
- University or secondary education in construction or mechanical engineering
- Driver's license category B
- PC - MS Office (Word, Excel) user level
- Personal approach, time flexibility, loyalty, decisiveness
- Organizational skills, communication skills, reliability
