We are constantly expanding and looking for another team member! We are METOSA GROUP s.r.o., a Czech family company specializing in civil construction. Job Responsibilities: Preparing documentation for subcontractor inquiries, sourcing and identifying new and existing subcontractors Obtaining and compiling quotes and their evaluation Preparing quantity takeoffs and processing budgets Processing documents required for submitting bids Managing subcontractor database Managing and maintaining contracts and their drafting and completion (subcontractor contracts and general conditions with investor) Review of contract documentation Other administrative work as assigned by management What We Expect from You: Secondary or higher education in construction field Work experience Knowledge of RTS or Kros software is an advantage Attention to detail, organizational and communication skills Knowledge and understanding of project documentation and calculations Independence and responsibility Group B driver's license, user-level computer skills Employee Benefits: o Stable working environment in a modern construction company o Responsible and interesting work with experienced colleagues in a creative team o Opportunity for self-realization, personal and professional growth o Single-shift operation o Possibility to extend employment contract for an indefinite period o Very competitive compensation matching the quality of work performed - monthly bonuses, bonuses for years of service and other additional benefits o Laptop, mobile phone o Working hours MON - FRI 6:00 - 14:30 Contact: Marcela Rozprýmová, phone: 739266744, e-mail: [email protected]
