Permanent employment contract. Start date available immediately. Job responsibilities: communicating with customers during vehicle intake and handover to service, preparing service orders, processing repair documentation, coordinating service progress between customers and the service department, providing advice on service offerings and accessories, collaborating with the team of mechanics and warehouse staff. Requirements: completed secondary education (preferably in technical field), experience in a similar position is an advantage, pleasant demeanor, communication skills and independence, driver's license category B.
