Legal Auditor, Department of Legal Proceedings II, Legal Services Division Candidate Requirements: • Higher education obtained through a Master's degree program in Law and Legal Science • Excellent knowledge of Act No. 219/2000 Coll., on the property of the Czech Republic and its conduct in legal relationships, as amended; very strong orientation in related legal regulations and other general legal regulations • Independence, reliability, communication skills, attention to detail, mental resilience • Adaptability to working with internal information systems of ÚZSVM • Excellent PC skills (MS Office, Excel, internet, ASPI) • Czech citizenship, citizenship of another EU member state, or citizenship of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area • Criminal record clearance Job Description: • Comprehensive provision and performance of specialized professional activities in the field of property law matters • Performance of methodological activities in property law issues • Coordination of legal audit activities for individual Office departments in the assigned area • Independent performance of legal audits of actions of a legal nature for Office departments • Comprehensive legal review and audit of legal proceedings What We Offer: • Salary classified according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll.
