You will join the youth work team and collaborate with colleagues and volunteers on teaching, camps, youth events, and programming for young adults. The position also includes standard clergy duties. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and believe these are crucial to how well you will thrive in your role as a clergy member with us. You need strong collaboration skills as we often work in teams. The substitute position extends through August 31, 2027. We are seeking someone with: Clergy certification and authorization to serve as clergy according to Church of Sweden regulations. Solid theological and pastoral competence. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to plan and prioritize work independently. Understanding of the Church of Sweden's organization, mission, and governance. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others. Digital competence and experience with relevant administrative tools.
