We are a growing security and audit company that works against workplace crime - to prevent and combat unfair competition, fraud, and labor exploitation in the job market.
Through reinforced additional clauses in procurement, background checks, and workplace inspections, ANSVAR SÄKERHET helps organizations and administrations eliminate risks and create safe, legitimate, and secure workplaces.
Work tasks during an internship with us vary depending on the workload of our employees, but may include:
Training in workplace inspections/background checks.
Participating in workplace inspections and all associated follow-up work, contacting authorities, and compiling reports.
Conducting investigations/background checks on Swedish companies.
Reviewing improvements to our internal services, work processes, presentations, and procurement bids.
Environmental monitoring within our areas of work.
Customer relations, both existing and new clients.
Learning about and performing ID scanning and identity verification.
Desired Qualities:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, works well both independently and in small groups. Drive and a positive attitude toward learning are strong qualities. It is important to have analytical ability with an eye for detail and thoroughness. We value the ability to juggle multiple tasks as we are a smaller company where things happen all the time. Therefore, it is crucial that you are clear in communication, can set realistic boundaries on your tasks, and can prioritize the work you take on.
Desirable Experience:
Security work, risk and vulnerability analysis and assessments, inspector positions, workplace environment experience, investigations/background checks, construction, leadership, law, and operational security work.
