For part-time positions with adjusted hours, salary will be calculated proportionally. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Communicate with our patients and provide support during their visits; • Conduct patient intake examinations, including blood draws; • Administer therapeutic and supportive substances to patients according to physician instructions; • Dispense medications and ensure their proper storage in accordance with legal and internal regulations; • Work closely with physicians and other clinic staff; • Record entries in medical documentation; • Ensure proper disposal procedures for hazardous medical waste in general medical practice according to established work procedures; • Provide professional supervision and guidance to other physicians and nurses within the scope defined by legal regulations, based on their competency and internal guidelines for supervision of healthcare service delivery; • Communicate with patients, provide consultations, and conduct educational activities related to prevention and body care; motivate patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle and self-care; • Work on PC using Xdent software, administrative tasks, MS 365. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION • Completed education (Practical Nurse or General Nurse specialty); • Strong communication skills in Czech and English at a professional level; • Professional and empathetic patient-focused approach; • Responsibility and ability to work as a team member.
