Qualification Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma with matura in a non-medical healthcare profession (practical nurse, healthcare assistant, or general nurse)
- Professional qualification according to Law No. 96/2004 Coll.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide healthcare and nursing care to all patients of the residential service in accordance with applicable legislation
- Perform activities under the professional supervision of a general nurse
- Participate in maintaining nursing documentation for assigned patients
- Plan nursing care for entrusted patients
- Assess patient needs and level of independence for assigned patients
- Monitor, evaluate, and record health status of all patients, focusing on risk prevention
- Participate in evaluating risk for assigned patients and implementing measures to minimize it (e.g., pressure ulcer risk, malnutrition, fall risk…)
- Participate in preventive, rehabilitative, palliative, emergency, diagnostic, and dispensary care
- Ensure compliance with fluid intake, application of heat/cold, distribute meals to patients according to prescribed diets and monitor adherence, actively cooperate with the nutritional therapist, manage and monitor nutritional care for monitored patients
- Implement nursing interventions according to physician's order for all patients (non-invasive biological specimen collection, oral medication administration, intramuscular injections) as determined by the registered general nurse
- Monitor and assess physiological functions of all patients: respiration, blood pressure, pulse, body temperature
- Participate in receiving, checking, handling, and storing medications and medical devices
- Participate in activities related to patient admission, transfer, discharge, and death
- Assist during specialist physician visits in the absence of the healthcare coordinator
- Schedule specialist medical examinations for clients
- Arrange and document transportation orders for patient examinations, responsible for ordering medical supplies

Working Hours: 8-hour shifts in non-uniform operations or 37.5h/week in continuous operations.
