This is not about actively reaching out to new customers or phone sales. In this position, you will communicate only with existing customers who have already purchased from us and need advice regarding their order, product, shipping, complaints, or other requests.
We are looking for a communicative and reliable person for customer support at ALORI, a rapidly growing Czech e-shop that processes thousands of orders every day and is among the dynamically growing brands in the household products segment. We are not looking for someone who will only mechanically respond to customer messages, but a person who will be an important part of the customer experience and help us build a brand that people love to return to.
Your responsibilities include communicating with customers via email, online chat and phone, assisting with orders, handling complaints and returns, providing information about products, shipping and payments, and collaborating with other departments. Your work also includes using modern tools, automation and AI technologies that help us make customer support more efficient.
We are looking for someone with a pleasant demeanor, communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude even during busier situations. Experience with customer support or e-commerce is an advantage, but not a requirement - what matters more is a willingness to learn new things, independence, and a responsible approach.
