Job Responsibilities: - Communication with commercial partners and railway companies - Coordination of vehicle availability for individual transports - Identifying opportunities to improve rail fleet operations efficiency - Supplier inquiries, processing and evaluation of offers - Organization of mobile workshop operations - Ensuring maintenance, repairs and operational readiness of railway vehicles - Handling complaints and operational requests - Compliance with international legislation Requirements: - Communicative knowledge of German, optionally English - Additional language (Polish, Hungarian or Ukrainian) is an advantage - User-level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Logical and technical thinking, ability to respond efficiently and flexibly - Independence, reliability and willingness to learn new things - Good communication and organizational skills Employee Benefits: Flexible working hours, 5 weeks vacation, annual bonus based on company results, option of 13th or 14th salary payment, vacation allowance, mobile phone for personal use, fully covered meal vouchers, language courses and massages at the workplace, position in the center of Olomouc Contact possible ONLY by email.
