Salary varies based on years of service. Fixed-term employment contract for 3 years with the possibility of conversion to permanent. Start date immediate or by agreement. Relevant education or accredited direct care worker course is a plus. Morning and afternoon shifts, weekend food delivery in reduced shifts. We require: valid driver's license category B, empathy, independence, reliability, positive attitude toward seniors, flexibility, basic PC skills, communication and organizational abilities. Medical fitness certification and criminal record check required. Personal allowance is included in base salary. Subsidized meals, 5 weeks of vacation, pension contribution, benefit cards/vouchers, 3 days of sick leave.
