Work Characteristics
- Direct work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder in a residential social care service,
- supporting users with managing daily personal care tasks and household management,
- supporting the development of independence, social, and communication skills,
- individual work with clients according to their needs and individual care plan,
- assistance with orientation in social environments and exercising clients' rights and legitimate interests,
- training and reinforcement of skills leading to the highest possible degree of independence,
- supporting clients with leisure time activities and participation in community activities,
- collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of the service and related institutions,
- maintaining electronic documentation on the course of social service provision.
We Require
- education corresponding to the position of social services worker pursuant to Act No. 108/2006 Coll. (minimum secondary education with a diploma and completed qualifications course for social services worker - or willingness to complete it),
- criminal record extract,
- excellent communication skills and respectful approach to clients,
- ability to work independently and in a team,
- reliability, responsibility, and psychological resilience,
- empathy, patience, and ability for individual approach,
- willingness to continue education,
