Valid until: 13/7/2026 Job Responsibilities: - fieldwork in client households within the city of Třinec and municipalities of Nýdek, Vendryně, Bystřice, Střítež, Smilovice, Řeka - assistance with household management - help with performing routine personal care activities - assistance with personal hygiene or provision of conditions for personal hygiene - meal provision or assistance with meal arrangement - facilitation of contact with social environment - management and maintenance of service vehicle - basic administration of the center and user - key worker function - associated with regular preparation of "Individual Care Plan" - full-time position, immediate start, Social Services Worker course a plus. We Require: - professional qualification for the profession according to Law 108/2006 Coll. - Social Services Worker course a plus - submission of criminal record extract - legal capacity - Class B driver's license - active driver (employee uses service vehicle) - hepatitis B vaccination - ability to handle higher levels of stress and psychological strain, ability to resolve complex situations, and resilience to frequent changes (arising from fieldwork) - good communication skills, patience, empathy, pleasant demeanor - basic PC skills (email, MS Word, MS Excel).
