A Social Services Worker (covering a long-term illness, with the possibility of permanent employment from 1.1.2027) for a Residential Home for Persons with Disabilities in Vrbně pod Pradědem
Job Description:
• Providing direct care services to persons with intellectual disabilities.
• Supporting their independence, training in basic daily activities, and providing assistance with hygiene, dressing, handling equipment, aids and laundry, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Supporting users in their personal interests, rights, leisure time activities, and recreational activities.
Requirements:
• Secondary education with a vocational certificate in fields specified by applicable regulations or other fields.
• If qualification requirements are not met, completion of an accredited qualification course for social services workers within 12 months of employment start date.
• Active approach and cooperation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Independence, responsibility, reliability, flexibility, stress resilience, and willingness to continue learning.
• Knowledge of PC work (WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, web browsers).
• Driver's license - category B, advantageous.

• Salary placement in the 5th pay grade according to length of credited service in accordance with regulations on salary conditions of employees in public services and administration (21 520 – 30 420 Kč) + personal allowance in accordance with § 131 of Labor Code No. 262/2006 Coll. as amended after the probationary period + special allowance in accordance with § 8, group IV. Government Regulation 341/2017 Coll. as amended.
