This is a position for a social services worker providing direct care: a residential facility with special care programs. Salary classification: 4th pay grade, with possible advancement to 5th pay grade (level depends on years of service according to the pay scale for social services workers). Requirements: - Meeting professional qualifications for social services workers according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services - Experience working with the target population - Ability to show empathy, patience - Willingness to learn new things and approaches - Ability to work as a team member and good communication skills. Employee benefits: FKSP - 6,000 Kč annually, company catering, special bonuses.
