Deadline: 17/8/2026 Silesian Diaconia, SAREPTA center in Komorní Lhotka is looking for a colleague for the position of SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER. What do we expect from you? - education according to the social services law or a social services worker course (course can be completed after starting) - submission of a criminal record certificate - ability to work in a team and independently - ability to share good mood and joy - user-level knowledge of PC work - responsibility, active and conscientious approach to solving work tasks. What will the job involve? Providing direct care services to seniors in the following areas: - personal care assistance with personal hygiene and dressing, meals, use of aids, maintaining cleanliness - supporting independence and promoting client's life activation - creating basic social and community contacts and meeting psychosocial needs - maintaining documentation and participating in creating and implementing senior care plans. What we offer: - full-time position (37.5h./week) - start date: 1.10.2026 - salary: 27,300 CZK + possibility of personal bonus ranging from 100 to 3,500 CZK + allowances for night shifts, weekends and holidays - unevenly distributed working hours: morning and night shifts 11.5 hours, morning shift from 6:30 to 18:30, night shift from 18:30 to 6:30 benefits: meal voucher allowance, meal provision option, pension insurance contribution, mobile phone connection to company network, 5 weeks of vacation and more...
