Requirements:
- Trade qualification in a technical field (plumber, locksmith, electrician, etc.), with work experience in the field
- Reliability, manual dexterity
- Clean criminal record, Czech citizen, successful completion of psychodiagnostic evaluation required
- Willingness to complete training courses (welding, driving, pesticide handling, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
- Repairs and maintenance of building structures
- Maintenance and simple repairs of reserved technical equipment, mechanical machinery, and room fixtures
- Maintenance of external areas and care of extensive grass areas (operation of mowers and brush cutters)
- Occasional transport of materials/goods to/from assigned facilities
- Occasional welding work as per acquired welding certification (flame, electric arc)
- Occasional locksmith, painting, decorating, masonry, and cleaning work
- Occasional short-term business travel
