Powder Coating Operator

Start date: 13/5/2026 We are looking for a new team member for the position of Powder Coating Operator - previous experience in this position is not necessary, and the position is also suitable for graduates. We have a modern powder coating facility, and your responsibilities will include: - Loading and unloading products on the coating line - Performing quality inspections of products according to production documentation - Working with chemicals - Applying powder coating to steel parts using a spray gun - Sorting residual powder coating and waste after coating - Setting firing temperatures in the curing oven What we are looking for in our new team member: - Previous experience with powder coating - Adherence to production procedures - Manual dexterity - Reliability and regular attendance - Knowledge of reading technical drawings (a plus) - Willingness to work - Reliability - Start date available immediately - Working hours 6:00 AM-2:00 PM, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM - currently operating two shifts.
