We prefer candidates with training as a stitcher (worker for stitching shoe uppers on a sewing machine) or without formal training but with experience and knowledge of operating a sewing machine, manual dexterity, attention to detail, commitment to quality, independence, and willingness to learn new things. We will train those without formal qualifications.
