NADĚJE, Otrokovice branch is hiring a new social services worker for a residential home for persons with disabilities. We require qualifications in accordance with the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Coll., experience working with people with intellectual disabilities is an advantage; strong communication skills, stress resilience, health fitness, criminal record clearance, alignment with NADĚJE's mission, positive attitude toward people with mental disabilities, basic computer skills. We offer the experience and resources of an organization operating in Otrokovice for over 30 years, semi-annual and annual bonuses, employer meal allowance contribution, six weeks of vacation. Employment contract for a fixed term with possibility of extension. Hours per week negotiable. Job responsibilities: support clients with personal care activities, support client independence, support with time and space orientation, support in developing social and community contacts for clients, maintenance of social documentation.
