NADĚJE, Otrokovice branch is hiring a new colleague for the position of Social Services Worker in Supported Housing. We require qualifications according to Law No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services, health fitness, clean criminal record, alignment with NADĚJE's mission, positive attitude toward people with intellectual disabilities, good communication skills and pleasant demeanor, stress resilience, creative approach to work, user-level PC skills, and a valid Group B driver's license. Experience in the field is an advantage. We offer the infrastructure and experience of an organization that has been active in Otrokovice for over 30 years, semi-annual and annual bonuses, fixed-term employment contract with possibility of extension. Job duties: supporting clients with self-care management, orientation in everyday situations, advocating for their rights and interests, supporting them in establishing and strengthening social contacts—connections with their natural social environment, supporting them in developing work skills and employment, in meaningful leisure time activities, and in any other activities related to everyday life.
