What will your daily responsibilities be? o Daily support and care for our clients, assistance with routine daily activities. o Helping develop their independence - providing support where their own abilities fall short. o You will be a collaborator in individual care planning, so our clients feel safe and content as if at home. We're looking for you if: o You have patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward seniors. o You are reliable and able to work both as part of a team and independently. o You are comfortable with shift work (12-hour shifts: day/night - max 2 per month). o You can handle basic computer work and have a clean criminal record.
