What will your job involve? o Daily support and care for our clients, assistance with routine daily activities. o Helping develop their independence - providing support where their strength falls short. o You will be a co-creator of individualized care plans so that our clients feel safe and content at home with us. We're looking for you if: o You have patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward elderly people. o You are reliable and can work both as part of a team and independently. o You are comfortable with shift work (12-hour shifts: day/night - max 2 per month). o You can handle basic computer work and have a clean criminal record. Part-time contract - 15 to 30 hours per week.
