Workplace Kroměříž - Job Responsibilities: Close collaboration with social and healthcare workers. Assistance with developing and evaluating individual plans. Participation in check-up consultations and support with clarifying any uncertainties. Conducting individual and group activities focused on sharing personal experience with illness. Providing individual support to clients in the process of finding and maintaining employment based on personal example and motivation. Helping clients' recovery through own recovery story, contributing to program organization, offering support to clients in developing their rehabilitation or crisis plans, providing perspective on client needs, participation in team meetings, peer consultations, and supervision. - Requirements: Personal experience with mental illness in the areas of psychosis, dual diagnoses, or bipolar disorder (hospitalization experience a plus), stabilized health condition, ability and willingness to discuss one's illness. High level of empathy. Independence, reliability, clean criminal record. Creativity and responsibility. Ability to handle stressful situations. Positive thinking, teamwork.
