Qualification Requirements - basic education or secondary education with a vocational certificate in caregiving - professional competence according to Law No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services (social services worker course, possibility to complete the course during employment) We Require - knowledge of the target group - experience working with seniors is an advantage - knowledge of individual care planning is an advantage - PC skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Cygnus program is an advantage) - ability to work as a team - reliability, attention to detail, stress resilience - high moral responsibility and social competence - willingness to continue learning - criminal record clearance - verified by a criminal record certificate Job Responsibilities - provides assistance, support, or performs personal hygiene care - provides skin care for clients - participates in client activation (maintaining abilities and strengthening life engagement of clients) - assists in implementing care plans and individual client plans - accompanies clients to medical examinations or social and cultural events - assists in serving and distributing food to clients - ensures adequate fluid intake for clients (providing sufficient quantities of liquids) - handles laundry - maintains client beds (adjusting, regular disinfection, and changing bed linens) We Offer: - competitive salary at hire (salary classification from 26,570 Kč according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on salary conditions for employees in public services and administration) + personal bonuses, rewards, supplements - 5 weeks of vacation - company benefits: - company meals - regular pension insurance contribution - employee massages - collegial and friendly atmosphere - responsible work with a trustworthy employer - modern, newly equipped safe work environment with modern technology Work in single-shift unevenly scheduled or continuous operations.
