Social Services Worker - Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities: - Direct work with clients - facilitating social contact, educational and activity-based services, assisting with the exercise of rights, legitimate interests, and managing personal matters - Collaboration on individual planning according to client needs for social assistance - Development of client communication, ensuring activities at practice placements - Provision of social assistance services according to the OA Methodology under the supervision of a social worker and department lead - Support of client independence, support for development of client skills and competencies - Ongoing professional development and training - Participation in regular meetings with other service staff and intervisions - Monitoring of emails and phone calls, responding to urgent messages and relaying important information. Requirements: - Secondary school with diploma, apprenticeship completed, advantageous: requalification course for social services workers - according to § 116 sec. 5 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services - Direct work experience with clients with health or social disabilities - Basic knowledge of social services legislation - Criminal record extract - Organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, responsibility - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
