Possibility of employment contract extension. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum secondary school education (150-hour requalification can be completed within 1.5 years of start), alignment with NADĚJE's mission, good PC skills, driving license category B - active driver, hepatitis B vaccination (or willingness to get vaccinated), clean criminal record; health fitness. Willingness to learn new things, optimistic life outlook, sense of responsibility. Ability to communicate openly, work closely in a team and find solutions together. Moral integrity and value orientation, ability to maintain perspective and handle stressful situations. Respectful approach to people with disabilities with focus on appropriate support and integration. Experience working with people with health disabilities is not required but is an advantage. Job description information: We help young adolescents and adults with challenging care needs associated with autism, intellectual or combined disabilities to manage the demands of daily life, and we maintain and develop their skills. We also help families caring for their loved ones who cannot be left without another person's assistance. The day care center is an outpatient social service (located in Rožnov p. Radh., Ostravská 1389), which clients attend on weekdays from 7 to 15 hours. In addition to helping with basic needs, we strive to offer a diverse range of activities - we are an assistant and guide for the client's day.
