Employment Type: Full-time fixed-term contract for 1 year, with the possibility of subsequent renewal. What awaits you: • Preparation and implementation of activity programs. • Support and assistance to clients with daily activities. • Conducting conversations with clients, listening to their needs, and encouraging them to establish and maintain social relationships. • Occasional provision of direct care to clients with chronic mental illness and combined mental and intellectual disabilities, particularly assistance with personal hygiene, meal assistance, dressing, and daily activities. • Collaboration with a team of specialists and families of clients. • Working with other team members on individual client planning. • Administration related to social service provision. What we require from you: • Genuine interest in working with people with chronic mental illness and combined mental and intellectual disabilities, empathy, patience, and the ability to listen. • Responsible and positive approach to people with chronic mental illness and combined mental and intellectual disabilities. • Experience working with people with chronic mental illness and combined mental and intellectual disabilities is an advantage. • Ability to organize and lead activity programs. • Communication and organizational skills, creativity. • Team spirit as well as the ability to work independently. • Clean criminal record and good health status. • Basic qualification according to the social services law (completed secondary education, preferably in social or educational fields, or an accredited qualification course for social service workers).
