Kroměříž Office - social service for people at risk of drug addiction is hiring an employee for field service on a permanent employment contract for the position of Social Services Worker - Requirements: completed secondary education with diploma (Drug Prevention Program course a plus) - We expect: clarity regarding attitude toward drugs; knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. and legislation related to the provision of social services; ability to work in a team, decisiveness, independence, initiative, responsibility, reliability, loyalty; knowledge of PC work (MS Office); criminal record clearance; Group B driver's license (active driver), willingness to work in afternoon and early evening hours (Mon+Tue 16:00 – 18:30, Wed+Thu 16:00 – 19:30 and remaining work time during outpatient service hours by arrangement) - Advantageous: basic orientation in the field of social services; knowledge of drug-related issues; experience in a social worker position - We offer: start date November 1, 2026 (or by arrangement), fixed-term contract with possibility of extension, full-time position 1.0 (divided between field and outpatient service), interesting and non-stereotypical work with people; work in a small team, training by an expert professional; work in a certified facility with over twenty-five years of tradition; opportunity for personal and professional growth; 25 days of vacation, meal allowance, weekends and holidays off; employer-funded training, internships and visits to similar services, team supervision. - Send a structured CV and motivation letter of at least half an A4 page by September 30, 2026 electronically to: [email protected].
