Send structured CV to email: [email protected] We are looking for an empathetic, reliable and responsible direct care worker for our facility, who will provide support and assistance to clients in their daily lives with respect and a human approach, and contribute to creating a safe, dignified and pleasant environment for our clients. What we offer: - employment on a full-time permanent contract - starting salary from 26,760 CZK depending on hours worked - possibility of extraordinary bonuses - start possible immediately - stable employment in an established organization - 5 weeks of vacation - employee meals - meal allowance / employee benefits (e.g. Sodexo Fokus Pass) - personal bonus after training period and according to work performance Job responsibilities: - work in three-shift operation, including night shifts, weekends and holidays - direct care for elderly home residents - assistance with managing daily activities (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility) - supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity - monitoring individual client needs and collaborating on meeting their needs - accompanying clients during activities and supporting leisure activities - cooperation with other facility staff - maintaining basic care-related documentation We require: - at least basic education - accredited qualification course in Social Services Work preferred (if absent, obligation to obtain qualification within specified timeframe) - health fitness and clean criminal record - empathetic, patient and respectful approach to clients - good communication skills and ability to handle sensitive interactions - responsibility, reliability and care in performing work - ability to work independently and as part of a team - willingness to learn new things and active approach to work - experience in social services or care for the elderly preferred
