A direct care worker provides basic nursing care and assists seniors with everyday activities. We require empathy and a positive approach to seniors, patience, reliability, and attentiveness. This is meaningful work in a calm environment, within a stable company. We require completion of a Social Services Worker course, which must be completed within 12 months of starting employment.
