Direct Care Worker. Applicants must meet the professional qualification requirements according to Section 49a of Act No. 359/1999 Coll., on Social and Legal Protection of Children, as amended, and must achieve at least secondary education: - Properly completed studies in educational programs conducted by higher vocational schools in the field of social work, pedagogy, charitable and social care, charitable and social activities, social and legal activities, dual-subject studies in pedagogy and theology, and completed studies for qualified nurses, or properly completed secondary education in these fields; - Or completion of accredited educational courses for social workers according to the Social Services Act with a minimum scope of 200 hours and experience in the field of family and child care lasting at least 2 years, for individuals who have properly completed higher education or higher vocational education in another field of study or in the same field of study but in a different specialization than those mentioned in the aforementioned fields. Vaccination against viral hepatitis B according to Decree No. 537/2006 Coll., on Vaccination against Infectious Diseases. Appropriate Group B driving license - active driver. This is a direct care worker position in a facility for children requiring immediate assistance, requiring good communication skills and empathy. Full-time contract for 1 year with possibility of permanent contract.
