The main responsibilities include meeting the client's basic life needs with consideration for their individual requirements and preferences, assisting clients with daily activities related to hygiene, cleaning, and social life. Irregular work schedule (including weekends and afternoon shifts). Employment contract for 8 hours per day. Required knowledge and skills: - Completion of an accredited qualification course for direct care workers in social services; we can also arrange for you to complete this within 1 year of employment - Driver's license category B required (active driver) - Clean criminal record - Affinity for working with seniors - Experience in social services is a plus Employment benefits: monthly bonuses and supplements in addition to base salary, quarterly bonus after training period; 5 weeks of vacation; meal allowance Interested candidates should contact the employer by email or phone on weekdays between 8:00 - 14:00.
