Job Characteristics: Care for individuals with mild to moderate intellectual or health disabilities, including training in basic daily activities, assistance with personal hygiene and dressing, handling of devices and aids, support for independence, strengthening life engagement, establishing basic social and community contacts, and meeting psychosocial needs.
