Job Responsibilities: Assisting with daily personal care activities. Assisting with personal hygiene. Assisting with meal preparation and food provision. Assisting with household management. Facilitating contact with the social community. Assisting with exercising rights, legitimate interests, and managing personal matters. Assisting with ensuring safety and the opportunity to remain in a natural social environment. We Offer: Employment contract for 30 hours per week (unevenly distributed working hours) with possibility of contract work (DPP). Good team environment. 25 days vacation, meal vouchers, allowances, personal remuneration and bonuses according to internal organizational regulations. Guaranteed monthly salary for 30 hours per week is 18,979 Kč, according to the valid government regulation (No. 567/2006 Coll. on guaranteed minimum wage). Further education to renew, strengthen and supplement employee qualifications. We Require: Professional qualifications: minimum basic education and a qualifying course as social services worker (can be completed within 12 months of employment start). Conditions for Work Performance: Full legal capacity. Clean criminal record according to § 79, sections 2 and 3, of Law 108/2006 (intentional criminal act committed in connection with activities in providing social services or comparable activities). Clean criminal record must be documented by a Criminal Register excerpt no older than 3 months. Health fitness documented by medical assessment. Class B driver's license - active driver. Basic computer skills. Personal Qualities: Communicativeness, discretion, tact, ability to cooperate, patience, own initiative and creative approach, honesty, empathy, physical fitness, stress resilience, responsibility, punctuality.
