Requirements: Meeting qualification requirements according to §116 of Law No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services as amended. Job Duties: Providing necessary care for adults with physical and moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, autism, and challenging behavioral support needs. Shift work in continuous operations – 11-hour shifts, with unevenly distributed working hours. Personal Qualities: empathy, reliability, stress resilience. Suitable for recent graduates as well.
