Social Services Worker in DOZP and Respite Care Services

Position Description: - Care for individuals with physical, mental, or combined disabilities and individuals with autism spectrum disorder in DOZP and respite care services - Direct care activities - Monitoring user needs, assisting with training in basic daily activities, and providing support with personal hygiene and dressing - Supporting user independence and interests, developing their abilities through activity-based programming and use of assistive devices - Assisting in establishing basic social and community contacts and meeting psychosocial needs - Collaboration in developing care plans, daily programs for users, and maintaining documentation of service delivery Requirements: - Complete secondary education with a vocational certificate or high school diploma + certification of completion of a social services worker course (may be completed within 12 months of start date) or complete secondary education with a diploma in social services or related field - Experience in social services is an advantage - Experience with organizing recreational activities for users, active and positive attitude, creative thinking - Patience, ability to communicate with users with disabilities and their families - Empathy and responsibility Employee Benefits: - Supportive environment of a stable organization - FKSP contributions - Support for further education and professional development funded by the employer - 25 days of vacation + 5 additional vacation days - 3 sick days per year - Bonuses for significant work and personal anniversaries - Subsidized meals at the organization's cafeteria - Start immediately or as soon as possible - Full-time position, continuous operations - Position is suitable for active retirees as well
