Assistance with managing everyday activities such as cleaning, shopping, or meal preparation. The work also includes accompanying clients to medical appointments, helping with personal hygiene, and changing incontinence products. Prior experience is not required, but a genuine desire to work with people, especially seniors, reliability, respectful and empathetic conduct are important. It is advantageous to have completed a qualification course for social services workers (must be completed within 12 months of starting - we will contribute to the cost of the course).
