The position involves caring for adults aged 18 and older with autism spectrum disorder or mental or combined disabilities, assisting with training in simple activities, supporting self-sufficiency, personal hygiene, and similar tasks. Prior experience is not necessary; what is important is a willingness to work with people with disabilities, reliability, and respectful and empathetic conduct. An advantage is completing a qualification course for social services workers (required to be completed within 12 months of starting - we will contribute to the cost of the course).
