The work involves caring for adults aged 18 and older with autism spectrum disorder or mental or combined disabilities, assisting with training in simple activities, supporting independence, personal hygiene, etc. Prior experience is not required, but a genuine desire to work with people with disabilities, reliability, respectful and empathetic conduct are essential. It is advantageous to have completed a qualification course for social services workers (required to be completed within 12 months from start - we will contribute to its cost).
