Cleaning Worker at Cat Shelter

Job Responsibilities - Daily cleaning of cat shelter facilities. - Cleaning, emptying, and disinfecting cat litter boxes. - Vacuuming floors and other surfaces. - Washing and mopping floors. - Disinfecting surfaces, areas, and shelter equipment. - Changing and maintaining textiles (beds, blankets, mats, etc.). - Operating washing machines and dryers, washing and drying textiles used in the shelter. - Ongoing monitoring of operational supplies and material inventory, reporting depleted or missing items to management. - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene in areas designated for cat care. - Daily collaboration and communication with management to ensure smooth shelter operations. - Informing management of operational needs, identified shortages, or suggestions for improving shelter operations. We Require - Attention to detail, reliability, and sense of order. - Ability to work independently and responsibly. - Positive attitude toward animals, especially cats. - Adherence to hygiene and safety procedures. - Good physical fitness, including the ability to handle weights up to 10-12 kg. - Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management. - Good communication skills, open and helpful approach to resolving operational matters. - Responsibility, fair dealing, and high personal integrity. - Willingness to communicate regularly with management and actively share important information related to shelter operations. - Active approach to work, ability to accept feedback, and willingness to participate in ensuring quality shelter operations.
