JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - receipt, documentation, and processing of claims - implementation of corrective measures REQUIREMENTS: - German language required or English fluent in both written and spoken form - PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) - reliability, independence, responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills ADVANTAGE: experience in quality assurance, knowledge of quality tools (8D report, etc.) WE OFFER: meal allowance, 5 weeks vacation Fixed-term employment with possibility of extension.
