An advantage is secondary professional education in horticulture, a positive attitude toward plants and people, independence, and reliability. Driver's License Category B is required. Driver's License Categories C and T are advantageous. Work with gardening equipment, work with hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, and chainsaws.
