First contact: by email or phone (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) We are the winding team of Innomotics in Drásov. We manufacture large custom motors and generators for customers around the world. The majority of production in our winding department is based on specialized manual work. Our task is to manufacture coils for electric motor and generator windings. Right now we're looking for skilled and manually dexterous colleagues to join our team. What you'll do with us: • operate machines for coil production and soldering of various sizes, • insert, draw in, and wire windings, • during your first months you'll receive training from an experienced colleague. What we expect from you: • willingness to learn new things, • manual dexterity, • ability to work carefully and precisely according to technological procedures, • willingness to work independently and as part of a team, • education and experience are not necessary, we're happy to train you; suitable for recent graduates, • work in three-shift operations.
