Requirements: Bachelor's degree in education or psychology (single-subject psychology not required) or professional qualification according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended + completed experiential socio-psychological or psychotherapeutic training. Experience in addiction treatment is welcome. Salary conditions: 11th salary grade according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended, and depending on achieved experience + special allowance. Job responsibilities: The employee serves as the "professional coordinator" of a specialized department program for the execution of sentences for convicts with personality and behavioral disorders, as well as a program of a specialized department for the execution of sentences for convicts with personality and behavioral disorders caused by the use of addictive substances. In addition to providing psychotherapy, as the "professional coordinator" the employee is responsible for ensuring compliance with the professional concept of the program and its update according to current knowledge in the field of addictology, and for professional management of the program and therapeutic team, including conducting intervision.
