Support Worker for Technical Supervisors and BOZP Coordinators (M/F)

Do you want to start a career in construction? We're looking for a team member to support our Technical Site Supervisors (TDS) and Health and Safety (BOZP) Coordinators. Don't worry if you don't have authorization or certification yet - we'll teach you everything and support you in obtaining them. What awaits you with us - support for experienced technical supervisors and BOZP coordinators - regular site visits - assisting TDS with inspecting construction progress and compliance with project documentation - cooperation in overseeing workplace safety compliance on construction sites - preparation of documentation for TDS/BOZP Coordinators, maintaining records and administrative tasks for projects - communication with construction contractors, investors, and other project participants - gradual involvement in independent duties based on experience Who we're looking for (what knowledge and skills you should have): - graduate (M/F) or junior (M/F) - construction-related education (secondary/university level) - Czech language proficiency - good user-level PC skills (MS Office - Word/Excel) - willingness to learn new things and develop professionally - valid driver's license category B (active driver) - attention to detail, flexibility, responsibility, reliability, independence, and good communication skills It would be an advantage if you have: - work experience in the field (even during studies) - basic knowledge of construction legislation or BOZP - knowledge of construction budgeting What we offer: - gaining practical experience under the guidance of experienced colleagues - support in obtaining authorization (land/transport/water management construction) - training and certification as a BOZP Coordinator - mobile phone, tablet, and laptop - company vehicle - gradual career progression - work combining office and field (construction sites) - friendly environment and supportive team If interested in this position, please send us your structured CV.
