Our dynamically growing company specializing in the manufacture of building accessories (roller blinds, awnings, grilles, and gates) with 36 years of tradition in the Czech market is looking for a skilled manufacturing worker. The company headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Kladno. We focus on building accessories - shading systems, gate systems, rolling grilles, and we are among the largest manufacturers in the Czech Republic. Job responsibilities: - manufacturing and assembly of roller blinds and grilles - work with hand tools and simple manufacturing equipment - quality control of manufactured products - packaging and preparation of products for shipment Requirements: - manual dexterity - attention to detail, reliability, and responsible approach - willingness to work and learn new things - experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage, not a requirement - knowledge of Czech language in speech and writing, ability to read simple technical documentation, etc. We offer: - salary 35 000 to 50 000Kč depending on experience, performance, and work commitment - full-time employment in a stable Czech company - single-shift operations - working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00h to 15:30h - training and support from experienced colleagues - friendly team and fair approach - work in a modern manufacturing environment - meal allowance - sick days after probationary period - opportunity for professional growth Contact by email or phone from 9:00h to 16:00h
