We are looking for a versatile worker for our workshop. Do you have a technical mindset, are you handy, and do you prefer work that varies from day to day? For our production team at TITAN - Multiplast s.r.o., we are seeking a colleague for the position: WORKSHOP OPERATOR - MACHINE OPERATION AND CONTRACT MANUFACTURING What will you do? You will perform diverse work based on current orders. You won't stand at one machine all day producing the same part. Your work will include, for example: o operation of belt and disc saws, o cutting plastic sheets and small pieces, o preparing and cutting plexiglass rods and tubes, o cutting and drilling softened PVC strips, o simple work on a conventional lathe, o occasional work on a milling machine, o other miscellaneous production and workshop work based on current orders, o handling loads over 20kg, so you need to be at least reasonably physically fit. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate is someone with a technical mindset, able to work with their hands, and comfortable switching between different tasks throughout the day. Experience with some of the machines mentioned is an advantage, but it's not necessary to know everything! What matters most to us is manual dexterity, attention to detail, independence, and a willingness to learn new things.
