Social awareness and empathy, good PC knowledge, ability to work independently on tasks, planning skills, ability to work with people, responsibility, attention to detail, clean criminal record, driver's license category B preferred. Job Responsibilities: Direct field work in the TP Centrom service in their natural environment. Maintaining personal files of service users, including developing individual plans and their regular assessment, help and support in difficult situations, mapping acute needs.
